| This Volunteer Data Sheet is to be used in connection with the Child Protection Policy with anyone interacting with children. Two Forms are to be used with Volunteers - Child Protection Policy and the Volunteer Data Sheet. Contact the Pathfinder Department for a separate Volunteer Application for their activities. |
