Deadline for EZone Plans
Dear Pastors,
JUST A REMINDER: THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 30, IS THE DEADLINE FOR ALL 3 YEAR PLANS TO BE SENT TO YOUR EZONE COORDINATOR! Thanks for helping us with the process.
From a previous email, here are a couple of key points that we ask you to include in your planning.
1) It is time to revise your “continuous” three year plans. As we did last year, we request that three year plans for all churches be submitted to EZone leadership prior to the end of the current calendar year. For most of us this will be just a matter of taking the three year plans that you have been working with at the recent Harvest Strategy Board meetings, and submitting them. Note: This is a process that will be repeated each year.
2) Please submit your plans in electronic form (i.e. a Word document, or Excel file, or other form we can read on computer). This is really important as we are handling hundreds of plans each year, and paper makes it much more difficult to manage and to share these plans among the EZone leadership. There is a template for you to use on misda.net. Look under “Resources”, “Evangelism”, “EZone Forms for Pastors”, and the first form listed in the planning template. NOTE; If your plans are not submitted electronically, we will contact you and request that you prepare them in an electronic form. Thanks for helping us in this matter.
3) For finance budgeting plans, please go to misda.net, “Resourses”, “Evangelism”, “EZone Forms for Pastors”, “EZone Pastors Step 1 – Annual Funding Request”. If you are requesting EZone evangelism funds for 2007 please fill out this form and submit it with your three year plans. NOTE: If you are needing a reminder as to how the whole process works, I encourage you to read the Instructions provided in the same location as these other forms – it is the second document down.
4) Please submit the three year plans and budget requests by November 30, 2006. Email them to your EZone Coordinator: EZone 1 is George Dronen, EZone 2 is Dan Towar, EZone 3 is Ted Struntz, and EZone 4 is Steve Vail, and EZone 5 is Daniel Scarone. EZone 1 is Districts 1 & 2; EZone 2 is Districts 4,5,9; EZone 3 is Districts 7, 10, 11; and EZone 4 is District 6,8,12, and EZone 5 is District 3.
